Performance Guarantee

Every COLDFIRE product is covered by a 5-year guarantee.

We build our wallets to hold their shape. This guarantee covers both how the product is made and how it performs over time.

What the guarantee covers

• Materials and workmanship: defects in the carbon fiber, leather, stitching, hardware, or RFID shielding.
• Structural performance: permanent stretching, swelling, or loss of shape under normal use, when carried within the product’s stated capacity.

Stated capacity is shown on each product page. For example, the Flex One is rated for 4 cards plus folded bills; the Strike Core for 6 cards plus bills. Carried as designed, a COLDFIRE wallet holds its slim profile. Overstuff any slim wallet and it will stretch — that is physics, not a defect.

What is not covered

• Deformation caused by carrying more than the product’s stated capacity (overstuffing card slots or forcing in thick cash folds).
• Normal cosmetic wear, patina, and minor scuffs that develop with everyday carry.
• Damage from misuse, accidents, water exposure beyond normal use, or unauthorised repairs.
• Items not purchased from COLDFIRE or an authorised seller.

How to make a claim

Email info@coldfirebrand.com with your order number and a short description and photo of the issue. We will assess it quickly and arrange a repair or replacement.

The guarantee runs for 5 years from the date of purchase and applies to the original owner.
