Flexible carbon composite that flexes without cracking and returns to exact form. Zero stretch under load. Originally developed for aerospace and performance footwear.
The strongest natural leather available by weight. Parallel fiber structure holds full strength without splitting under daily card pressure. Does not stretch. Does not deform.
A copper-and-nickel-coated conductive layer, 0.08mm thin, built in during construction. Blocks 13.56 MHz RFID and NFC by material, not by removable sleeve.
Dyneema® ripstop woven from ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene fibers. 15× stronger than steel by weight. Laser-cut only.
Ti-6Al-4V, the alloy used in jet engine components and surgical implants. Machined into the logo hardware on every Strike and Flex wallet. Does not corrode. Does not wear.
Bonded Polyamide 6.6 filament: fused, not just twisted, so seams hold under multidirectional stress without fraying. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified.
CARBITEX CX6 / OMNIFLEX
Standard carbon fiber is rigid and brittle. Carbitex CX6 reinvented it as a flexible composite. Tensile strength intact, controlled flex added. Used in elite footwear and aerospace applications before carry.
Zero stretch. Returns to exact form after every flex cycle. Validated through repeated load-cycle testing by Carbitex.
K-LEATHER
Kangaroo hide has a parallel, densely packed fiber structure that gives it 10× the tensile strength of cowhide at a fraction of the thickness. Used for decades in professional cycling gloves, boxing equipment, and high-performance sporting goods.
In COLDFIRE wallets it forms the exterior shell. The surface that faces daily pocket friction and edge stress. Does not stretch under card pressure.
RFID DATA ARMOR
Modern payment cards, access cards, and passports broadcast on 13.56 MHz RFID/NFC. RFID Data Armor is a copper-and-nickel-coated conductive layer, 0.08mm thin, laminated into the wallet during construction. Not a removable sleeve. Not added afterward.
The conductive metal absorbs and reflects the signal, so cards can't be read through the wallet. No app. No battery. No maintenance. It blocks by material, not by gimmick.
DYNEEMA LINING
The lining is Dyneema® ripstop — a woven composite of ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene fibers in a reinforced grid structure. 15× stronger than steel by weight. Cut-resistant. Zero stretch.
Dyneema ripstop requires laser cutting — standard blades cannot process it cleanly. Every panel is precision-cut, which is why the interior holds its geometry under years of card pressure.
TI-6AL-4V TITANIUM
Ti-6Al-4V, the alloy used in jet engine components and surgical implants. Grade 5, the most widely used titanium alloy globally, accounting for ~50% of all titanium production.
45% lighter than steel at comparable tensile strength. Does not corrode. Does not wear. Does not flex out of tolerance.
AMANN STRONGBOND
The seam is the first thing to fail on an ordinary wallet. STRONGBOND is a bonded Polyamide 6.6 filament: fused, not just twisted, so the stitch holds under multidirectional stress without fraying.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. The same thread class used in performance footwear and luggage built to survive. Built into every seam we sew.
